The Canadian Space Agency (CSA) is interested in human spaceflight and maintaining a healthy and highly qualified Canadian astronaut corps capable of participating in space exploration missions. The intent of this Announcement of Opportunity (AO) is to provide financial support to researchers in Canadian Universities, post-secondary institutions, and not for profit organizations to conduct science investigations that will lead to a better understanding of human spaceflight risks while contributing to improve remote medicine and health benefits here on Earth. Deadline to apply is October 7, 2022 at 2:00 PM (EST).

Canada Space Agency - Industrial Capability Building Contribution International Verified Date

The Canadian Space Agency has announced a new funding opportunity to support the Canadian space sector with funds to demonstrate new technologies in space, before December 2026. CSA will award non-repayable contributions of up to $2M per research and development project that expect benefits in the short to medium term (1 to 5 years).
