SFU Faculty members who are planning to apply to the Spring 2022 CIHR Project Grant competition are invited to attend a CIHR Project Grant Information Session on: Monday, January 24, 2022 at 1:00 – 2:30 pm

The info session is designed for first time applicants or those revising and resubmitting. Research Grants Facilitators Cecilia Kalaw and Katrina Salvante will cover:
- Brief overview of application components and updates on changes to the CIHR Project Grant application
- Answers to frequently asked questions
- Project Grant's most current online review process, including a Q&A period with reviewers who recently served on Fall 2021 review committees:
- Dr. Tania Bubela (Humanities, Social Sciences, Lay & Ethics in Health - HLE)
- Dr. Zabrina Brumme (Virology and Viral Pathogenesis - VVP)
The deadlines for the Spring 2022 CIHR Project Grant competition are:
Registration: Wednesday, Feb 9, 2022
Full Application: Internal deadline: Friday, March 4; Agency deadline Wednesday, Mar 9, 2022
