Canada Space Agency - Industrial Capability Building Contribution
The Canadian Space Agency has issued an Announcement of Opportunity (AO) which may be of interest to subscribers to this mailing list.
The objective of this AO is to support the technology demonstration activities of the Canadian space sector. More specifically:
· to gain flight heritage for potential commercial sales;
· for validation or qualification of an eventual scientific instrument;
· to demonstrate a new product, service or application.
These activities will enable selected Canadian organizations to further their basic R&D capabilities with the ultimate purpose of increasing the commercial potential.
Eligibility:
Eligible recipients are limited to:
- for-profit organizations,
- not-for-profit organizations, and
- universities, all established and operating in Canada.
Award Amount:
Maximum CSA contribtuion per project: $2 million
Project Duration: 36 months
Deadline:
This AO will be open continuously until or until complete subscription of the total amount of the AO. Outline Proposals and Complete Applications will be reviewed and evaluated in the order of reception.
