Human Computer Interaction

The foundation makes cash grants to universities and other institutions of higher learning and non-profit research organizations, primarily to fund research projects that are intended to advance general public knowledge in the field of computer science, with particular emphasis on computer technology and applicaitons relating to "human-machine interaction." In the case of research grants to universities, it is anticipated that such projects will be undertaken by graduate students selected by, and under the control and supervision of, university faculty members.

Eligibility: The majority of funding is proactive and made to U.S. tax-exempt organizations or international organizations that hold an equivalent status, that are independently identified by our staff.
