Semiconductor Research Corporation (SRC) has opened the call for white papers in the Logic and Memory Devices program. The white paper solicitation, needs document, and instructions for submissions can be found at:

This solicitation, part of SRC's $16.5 million 2023 call for research, will fund 3-year projects that will generate critical, industry-relevant technology and support student scholars mentored directly by industry partners. Please note white papers addressing the needs in the corresponding Research Needs documents are to be uploaded by the deadline indicated. Each researcher may be involved in no more than two submissions as either a Principal Investigator or Co-Principal Investigator. A selected white paper will result in an invitation to submit a full proposal for further consideration for a research contract.

Eligibility: 

This call is open to all domestic and foreign universities and may be addressed by an individual investigator or a research team. 

Amount: 

SRC expects to support each project at $150K (USD) per year for three years
