Association for Computing Machinery (ACM) Fellows

ACM's most prestigious member grade recognizes the top 1% of ACM members for their outstanding accomplishments in computing and information technology and/or outstanding service to ACM and the larger computing community.
Eligibility: Candidates for Fellow must have 5 years of continuous Professional Membership. At this level of recognition, there must be clear and compelling evidence that the individual has significantly influenced the directions of groups and organizations beyond those where he/she was employed.
Note: Nominator and all endorsers must be professional members of the ACM and senior enough to make a credible case.
