EdCan Network Whitworth Award

Since 1967, the Whitworth Award has recognized individuals who have made a sustained and substantial contribution to educational research. It is awarded every three years. The next call will be issued in 2022.
Eligibility: Researchers in faculties of education and other related disciplines with demonstrable professional respect and recognition and a sustained and significant contribution to educational concepts, theory, policy and/or practice through their research.
Note: If institutional nomination is sought (individuals may also nominate candidates outside of the institutional process), please submit a candidate suggestion form by the internal deadline to recommend a candidate to the President’s Advisory Committee on Awards, Honours and Prizes.
